 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. RUN - this is a SCAM company! This company came out not even a year ago and placed our garage spring. Not only did they put the wrong spring on our door (it wasn’t strong enough for our heavy duty door) that we constantly had problems, but now we’re being told by GDS that we should have known and a new spring should be put on. You mean we are supposed to be our own garage tech and tell the tech how to fix our own door?! Now they said there will be more labor charges we are supposed to absorb aside from finding out they screwed us over even on initial part price. We are hiring a different company - they are clearly preying on people, grossly overcharging on the parts and then causing issues to continue to charge for labor.
